PARENTS' SECTION
Welcome to the parents' section! At The Learning Playhouse, ensuring the safety of children is our utmost priority. We employ a variety of security measures to safeguard your little ones: We initiate with our Brightwheel App. Upon enrolling your child at The Learning Playhouse, they are added to our Brightwheel System. This system allows us to maintain detailed records of your child's attendance, food allergies, and immediate access to contact details when necessary. Parents can download our Brightwheel App, enabling them to communicate with their child's teacher and view pictures of their children participating in special activities. At the main entrances, an iPad is present for daily check-ins using a unique code. Only those with the code can sign your child in and out, ensuring additional security.

About our Payment Schedule
Weekly Tuition Fee Tuition is due Wednesday of each week. Tuition can be paid by cash, credit/debit card, check, and through the Brightwheel app. A late fee of $20.00 will be applied to your account on Wednesday afternoon if tuition is not paid for the week. If tuition is not received in a timely fashion, an account with a past due balance totaling two (2) weeks or more may be submitted for collection and the parents) and/or guardian(s) agree that they shall be obligated for any and all costs of collection, including but not limited to, attorney's fees totaling no less than twenty-five (25%) percent of the total balance due. The Learning Playhouse has the right to disenroll a family due to non-payment.
